Scar Cream

There are many in the market but im not sure what is good. Any ideas? It’ll be good to compile a list here.

Seems like silicon is an active ingredient used for treating scars. Ive also heard of using gentle acids like AHA for treating scars on the face with the mechanics behind it is to peel off the layer so new skin can grow. After that cover all scars with a sunscreen. Fortunately good sunscreens aint hard to find.
