I had no idea of the name except that this little delight is located in JB’s Crown Hotel. Its known only to Jap expatriates and quite hidden away from the rest of the world. The soup is thick with pork stew and tastes really creamy and heavenly. Its the next best thing outside Japan. You can hardly find a good ramen in Singapore, even the hotels are not there yet. I tried common ones like Ajisen to long queues like the one in Central Mall, Clarke Quay thats spelt something like Ma….sth but nothing is like this kept away cove in JB. The sashimi isnt bad too!
