Kotinos Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Kotinos is an olive oil company in the Greek of Crete, the longest history of olive cultivation and olive oil production .
Kotinos uncompromised quality virgin oil has acidity of less than 0.39%. It has low peroxide value and low UV absorption of light at 232 and 270 nm wavelength. All fruits are cold pressed in the mill within 12 hours of hand picking to prevent frementation. No oil has been filtered or subjected to any other treatment.
